Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. If you encounter an issue with your order, a return service is available.

If there is a genuine fault, we will repair or replace the item free of charge.
How to Request a Return:

Please email us at info@ativajewellery.com within 5 working days of receiving your order. Include a brief description of the issue, and if possible, a photo of the item.

Once received, a member of our team will be in touch with next steps.

After the item is returned, we will inspect and process your repair, replacement, or refund.

Items must be returned unworn and in original condition wherever possible.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method for all returns. Ativa Jewellery cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
